Terms of Service for Cat Diving

1. Service Overview
Cat Diving provides:
- AI-powered cat image-to-diving video generation (5-second clips)
- Custom diving board, splash effects, and camera angle settings
- Olympic-quality feline diving performance rendering and downloads
- Team collaboration for Cat Olympics tournament creation
- Commercial usage and distribution licenses for all Cat Diving videos

2. Acceptable Use
Permitted Activities:
- Personal Cat Diving video creation
- Professional viral content production
- Uploading cat images you own or have rights to use
- Non-commercial sharing of Cat Diving performances
- Client collaboration within agreed licenses for Cat Olympics content

Prohibited Conduct:
- Adult or explicit content creation using Cat Diving
- Copyright or trademark infringement with cat images
- Bulk video generation for resale of Cat Diving stock footage
- Reverse engineering or scraping our physics-based animation models
- Automated scripts that circumvent rate limits or security measures

3. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your uploaded cat images and diving preferences
- AI-generated Cat Diving videos grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive commercial license
- Cat Diving retains ownership of underlying physics models and code
- You may not use generated content to train competing cat animation models
- Report IP concerns to legal@catdiving.pics

4. Payments & Refunds
- Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled
- 7-day refund window for first-time Cat Diving subscribers
- Failed payments may suspend service after 3 days
- Chargeback fee of $25 applies
- Price changes notified at least 30 days in advance

5. Safety Protocols
- 18+ age requirement
- Automated moderation filters for harmful content
- Cat Diving videos violating policies may be quarantined or deleted
- Secure file deletion 30 days after generation
- All traffic encrypted via TLS/HTTPS

6. Liability
- Cat Diving makes no warranty regarding video originality or suitability for viral distribution
- Maximum aggregate liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 6 months
- You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the Cat Diving service

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.

8. Updates to Terms
